Queen Nails
“After a disappointing experience with a nail technician, Ms. Van contacted me and resolved the issue. She is highly skilled and an excellent manager. This time, she ensured I was satisfied with my nails and their shape before I left. She genuinely listens to her clients' preferences. I'm very happy with her service, which is why I gave her a 5-star review. Her quality of work was so impressive that I booked her for my next appointment. I've also had Anna and possibly John, who work alongside Anna, and they both do an excellent job. Thank you again, Van, for taking care of me and turning a negative experience into a positive one.”
