She knew exactly what level I needed and how long I should leave it on, at just a glance. She was spot on! Very professional and made me feel very comfortable when normally I would be self conscious. Past places I used often left me looking dirty especially hands and feet and I would end up scrubbing and exfoliating after only a couple of days.
