My 16 year old Yorkie had an emergency & she was taken right in. I was kept informed throughout the day as well as charges I was incurring for her care. All questions I had were answered when picking her up. I was patiently listened to by all the staff about her care.

The staff was very pleasant and were right on schedule with my appointment. The medical staff was professional and explained what they were doing and informed me of the cost before proceeding. They were very caring and gentle with my cat. I have been coming here for years and have and will continue to recommend them to others.

Van Crest is the only place I trust with my fur babies. We have 2 cats, Willow & Zoie plus a new rescue Stratfordshire bull terrier, Ruff. Both Dr C’s are caring, compassionate, and thorough in taking care of their needs. We had made “the” hard decision for our previous 13 yr old fur baby, Spock and they were so loving and caring during the whole process. They made it as easy as they could under the circumstances.I highly recommend this practice to take good care of your fur babies.
