“What an incredible place! I can't say enough wonderful things about Spa M.D. My best friend and I traveled from Asheville, NC to Columbia for a weekend getaway and show, and booking a spa day here was easily the highlight of our trip.
From the start, Brittany was amazing. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about what we needed and patiently guided us through the best options. We ended up booking 90-minute massages and 60-minute facials, and the experience blew us away.
The atmosphere is so cozy and pampering: soft lighting, relaxing music, cucumber water, light snacks, warm neck pillows, and even coloring books while you unwind. We both get massages regularly, and we independently agreed that Brittany’s massage was hands-down one of the best we’ve ever had. Her pressure was perfect, and she instinctively knew exactly where to focus.
Our facials were just as impressive and completely customized to each of our skin's needs. Mine even included red light therapy, which was a wonderful first for me. We loved how the estheticians synchronized their techniques to the music and sound in the room, creating an immersive, restorative experience.
Every single team member, from the front desk on, takes immense pride in their craft and genuinely cares about their clients. If we’re ever back in Columbia, we will definitely return to Spa M.D.”
