1st timer here. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. I went in 30 minutes prior to them closing, which I hate doing. When I got in, I didn’t wait long. The nurses were fine, but I was more so impressed with the doctor! He was patient and very concern. I didn’t feel rushed. He explained thoroughly his dialysis and what he thought was best for me to do.

I have to say i was very very much pleased with the service at MedCare last week. From the check in to the check out was great. Special shout out to the young man who did my triage/vitals for my intake. He was professional yet friendly and efficient and almost like old friends. He has the ability to keep you smiling and comfortable. I waited really no time for the doctor to come in and she too was very professional yet relaxed and down to earth. Overall, i would go back..

They were able to help me quickly and efficiently. I felt my standard of care was better than at specialists i’ve seen. They truly listened and I actually left feeling better immediately. So thankful for Dr. Cook and the wonderful nurses and staff. Usually wouldn’t leave a review but had to give them flowers for helping me in a very urgent time of need.
