So thankful to McKenzie and Wanda for working closely with one of their trusted lenders (Metro Mortgage) to make it possible for a Veteran client of ours to purchase a brand new home during his retirement transition. Wonderful experience. I loved the way Luke Hinson helped us with our first walk through taking the time to answer all questions and concerns. Not all companies do this and I loved that they explain things as you blue tape. I appreciate Lukes help with everything. I really enjoyed the experience! Thank you Luke!

We’re so happy with our experience! The builder, Luke was phenomenal, during our first blue tape walk through he was already there marking things he saw, already had a list of things he wanted to address! On our final walk through he called back in the painters and cleaners because he wasn’t satisfied. That is a mark of someone who’s so dedicated and he definitely made sure we had the best experience! Thank you to everyone at McGuinn who made it happen for us, Wanda, Luke, Elaine, the attorney Scott, and everyone else who was behind the scenes. This is our very first home we’re buying and we couldn’t be happier!
