Dr. Foy treated one of my chickens twice for bumblefoot. He was knowledgeable and took a lot of time with us. I felt like he took a genuine interest and never felt as if he were rushing through the examinations. He ended up performing surgery on her and his staff did a great job showing me how to properly administer the oral antibiotics. I will use this practice going forward for all my animals. It's in a great location and much closer than my current vet.

I have been taking my birds to Dr. Brown since the late 70's, when he was in Five Points and I continue to take my Yellow Naped Amazon, Bubba, to him to this day. Telling our ages now, aren't we? Columbia is certainly fortunate to have all those avian vets under one roof at Sunset Animal Clinic. Dr. Brown and Dr. Foy are not only professional and compassionate with exotic birds, they truly LOVE them. Quite frankly, one must be a little weird to relate to parrots and to think like a parrot, as I do, but they understand Bubba and me. They are the very best. Sunset has been my vet since I've had my dog over 9 years. They were also my parents vet for my pets growing up. Dr. Foy is top notch! I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. He is personable and truly cares. I love when he gets on their level and makes sure they're comfortable before taking any action. He has done eye surgeries on my dog and removed cancer from my dog this year. Most of their office staff are nice.I strongly suggest this place. I am sure any of their vets would be perfect! We've had Breeland and Hughes before when Dr. Foy wasn't in and we had an emergency!
