“My disabled family member is receiving Companion Services through Attentive Angels. This is the second companion he has had through the agency. Our family interviewed the first companion and thought he was a good fit. Fate two weeks of providing services, our disabled family member told us he was not a good fit.
I reached out to Attentive Angels and explained the situation. They IMMEDIATELY found a new companion for us. The new lady is WONDERFUL! After a month, we are very pleased! She is dependable, reaches out to the family for information, suggestions, and to keep us informed. She has gone out of her way the find a VARIETY of activities which our family member would enjoy. “For the past 5 years Home Instead has helped me care for my Mother who is 99 years old in her home. While I am with her 3 days a week, Home Instead is there the other days to care for her around the clock. While she has dementia and cannot remember names, she recognizes the Caregiver's smiling faces. They know her routines and are able to keep her on schedule which lessens her anxiety. Because of their kind and gentle care, I do not worry if she is being cared for when I am not with her.
