David White came to my home promptly as he has for maybe some 15 years. He is enjoyable to work with and did the 3 month home spray inside and outside my home. He is a very pleasant individual to talk with and is a valuable asset to his employer.
Jeff did a 1 year termite bond inspection, and then came back to update the maintenance of my home's enclosed crawl space with dehumidifier unit and add a needed compressor. He was very attentive to detail, and he did a great job. I had switched my termite bond after many years with another company that was bought out. Jeff's excellent follow up service convinced me that I made the right decision 1 year ago, and I am very happy with Jeff's service and with Dodson Pest Control.
Moved to Columbia from Indianapolis in January and palmetto bugs were very much on everyone's mind. We were told horror stories about the level of insect activity here compared to where we came from. I contacted Dodson right away to get set up with their service. I used them for a termite treatement and the bi-monthly visits to control bugs getting into our living space.
Casey has been our tech for the entire year and he truly is a master at what he does. It has been 8 months and we have seen very little activity...and by very little I think the total is three palmetto bugs, all deceased.
