“I am aware of the negative reviews posted on Yelp, but that is not at all the experience I had. I did have a little problem reaching them initially, but I think that was because I was using 'old' contact information that was no longer valid. When I was finally able to connect with Hannah, she was kind & considerate, and I was able to get a landscape tech out to my property in Travelers Rest pretty quickly. I had only asked them to determine what they felt may be causing problems, but when the tech arrived he was able to make the necessary repairs quickly (within 2 - 3 hours), and at a reasonable cost, saving me time & $. A couple of days after the repairs were made I had them stop by again to make adjustments. I have no complaints about this company.“
