I had major problems with the drainage mechanism and the emergency spillway of my dam across a one acre pond in Buncombe County, NC.in February 2022. Garrett Edens and his team made professional recommendations, and carried out the plan carefully. He monitored the work, and was a hands-on person. He was quick to respond to questions, by text when necessary. I know that I can rely on him if I have future problems with my lake!

In Compliance repaired our pond dam that suffered storm water damage these last couple of years of crazy weather in WNC. They improved our drain pipe system to handle flash floods (seem more common these days) plus rebuilt and bolstered our emergency overflow. Super responsive, thorough descriptions of the planned repairs, and timely work completed. These guys are excellent!

IN Compliance, LLC was completing a project for an HOA whose property adjoins ours. Although we are not part of the HOA, the work required digging up a significant portion of driveway we share with two other homes. During the process, water lines to the homes that shared the driveway were accidentally cut. When I notified the Project Manager, he addressed the issue immediately and the lines were repaired. When it became apparent the next morning that sediment and small gravel had blocked the pressure relief valve under our house, IN Compliance had the problem repaired by a plumber at no cost to us.
