“I’ve never been to an ER where I wasn’t there for hours no matter what the situation was until yesterday! My daughter got hurt playing basketball and we needed to make sure that her arm wasn’t broken. After sitting at Urgent Care for over an hour (we had an appt), I decided to leave and take her to the ER. We were taken straight back! She saw the doctor and had an X-ray done within 20 minutes of us getting there! They told us it would take 15-20mins to get the results. We got the results, they wrapped her arm, put her arm in a sling, got our discharge instructions, and we were out of there within one hour!! I’ve never had a FAST and FRIENDLY experience at an ER like this before!“
