I was only there for knee support fittings with a DonJoy rep, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all the questions about physical therapy I had and how it may or may not help me. Based on my experience with their front desk staff, if I decide that physical therapy will be the route I take, I will definitely use them,
