I had an appointment with Island Septic, today. Never have I thought I would have the opportunity to say I had a wonderful experience having my septic tank pumped, but these guys were awesome! Not only did Devon(sp?) counsel me as to how to go easier on the tank, and save money in the long run, he called 10 minutes after leaving because he was concerned that they had left my side gate open and didn't want my dog to get out. Now, THAT is a good man! Thank y'all so much!!
Fantastic experience with this crew. We had a backed up septic and field drain. Devin and Neil were so nice and took care of everything quickly while thoroughly explaining what options we had to fix the problem. Nothing salesy, just matter of fact. They were so knowledgeable and cleared everything up, even putting our yard back together. Will definitely be using them in the future (but hopefully not too soon)!
