My daughter wanted her hair cut but when it was actually cut she got upset and Susanne worked with us to help her the other ladies in the salon also were helpful and after an hour my daughter was happy but the initial shock was hard for her and I know she made it difficult for her to dry her hair but Susanne really worked through it
