I have been going here for about 15 yrs now. I've had good experiences and a few bad ones. It depends on which tech you end up with. I had a full set put on a few months ago and it was close to closing time. The lady was rushed and I don't think she sanded my real nails down to help the acrylic stick. I ended up having almost all of them pop off. I've had numerous sets and never had them just pop off like I'd glued them myself.
Overall though, everyone is always extremely nice. They remember their customers and try hard to be personable with you. They always ask how my kids are, etc. Lin is my favorite I usually try to go to her every time. She pays attention to detail....read full review

First time visiting, staff was very kind and welcoming which is hard to come by. Only had my eyebrows waxed I'm very happy with the result. My eyelids usually burn and scab-this was completely painless. Will definitely be back for nails and pedicure soon

Basic pedicure but lacking attention to basic details like getting all the ‘dirt’ from under my big toes. Technician was done in less than 15 minutes. Felt rushed. Maybe a few extra minutes to clean my big toes more thoroughly.
