I am very pleased with J&J services. Justin's wife was extremely pleasant in scheduling my appointment. Justin was right on time and did a great job locating my tank and pumping it out. Just an excellent young man to deal with, very efficient, great cleanup and very knowledgeable about the system. I will be using him every few years to check my tank. Thank you guys! Exceptional service! We called and spoke with Jessica and let her know the situation. She explained what may need to be done, gave us a quote and had Justin come out the same day to examine our tank. Justin gave me an estimate based on what I told him over the phone. Even though it ended up being much more work, he stuck to the original estimate.
