Friendly, super efficient, and stayed up front and honest about the situation as we went because it was definitely not an ideal septic pumping and we didn't even know where the tank was to begin with. It didn't take him long at all to find it. He toughed through the red clay and rocks in the hot sun, while halfway having to dig under our deck and we greatly appreciated the effort he put into helping us out. Hands down, the ones to call for septic issues and routine pumping.
