We are from another state, our vehicle broke down on a Sunday evening. As we waited for more than an hour for our insurance to get a hold of road service, we found Pee Dee Towing (google) and even though it was late at night, Gene came within minutes of receiving our call. He was very kind and professional. Gene is a very knowledgeable local and will guide you with good recommendations (hotel, mechanics, etc) We totally recommend him! What a guy I called him our angel we were on the side of the road he brought our truck and small U-Haul to his place and then took his own personal truck and drove us to Florence SC at a hotel. He went out of his way for us when a transport truck from Canada came to pick it up the truck he got it all organized to come home. When your sooo far from home your at the mercy of the people and you meet someone like this guy that’s when you know there’s still lots of good people that you will meet in your path. Thank you Gene for all your help you went above and beyond this is the best costumer service ever. You made us feel safe. Norm and Charlotte

I called Jean at almost 10 pm at night after AAA didn’t try to get me with 100 mile coverage from 730 pm until 3 am when I cancelled the order. Jean drove me from a gas station on the side of 95 all the way to Charleston , about 97 miles. The entire ride I talked to Jean and he is one of the nicest, genuine and caring people I have ever met. I recommend him completely for any towing or pickle you might find yourself in. Thank you again for actions Jean I will never forget it.
