amazing martial arts community. signed up in late april and it has not failed me. the staff here are so nice and very encouraging and inspire me to do challenges that are near impossible. definitely recommend coming here and signing up

This martial arts school blows my mind. When they say family, atmosphere and family environment, that's exactly what they mean. The school is made up of multiple different students of all ages from three years old up to senior citizens. I was greeted by the lovely Miss Downing at the front desk who always had a smile on her face and allows her heart to show when she's in communication with people. We have always had an amazing time with the company. My son has developed complete confidence and acceptance. He has made friends and people he will forever learn from. He works hard and within the few months joined CIT and part of the leadership program. We love how the studio doesn’t treat us like a number but instead family.
