The Pet Nanny and staff are amazing!! I am very particular about my dogs and my house. I very rarely let anyone watch either. At the last minute they accommodated my need for dog care on a holiday weekend. Prior to turning over my keys, I met w/ the owner and the employee that would be helping her - both were great! Not only did they come as promised but they took pictures of my dogs and sent them to me each time they came in so there was no doubt they were taken care of. I will definitely use The Pet Nanny again and highly recommend them.
We hired the Pet Nanny to watch after our two OEB for a week. They can be a handful but everything went as planned. The process was simple, met with Michelle and Sophia at our house prior to discuss daily routine etc. Pictures and updates were sent daily. Overall much easier than boarding and less stressful on our pups. Will use again.
Highly recommend The Pet Nanny. They were amazing, punctual, my home and pets were in tact when I got home and they even followed up with me daily with pictures of my dogs insuring me that they were okay.
