we have been in business since 1996. we specialize in termite control and moisture issues.
So, I have used Total Pest for a number of years. There are no words to describe how awesome they are. Randy has tolerated my tenants, my own personal phobias and catered to all of them. I trust them so much, I sent him to my 80 yr old mothers house.
There is no need to look for any other company. Just call Randy, he can do it all, you won't regret it.
Can't say enough about the great customer service from Total Pest. Had an issue and I called. Casey was very nice on the phone and they fit me into their schedule right away. Randy was able to see the issue and treat it within a very timely period. Also very personably and easy to work with. In this day and age I look for great customer service as it speaks so highly of what the rest of the business will do and Total Pest and Termite delivered.
Total Pest is fantastic! They've treated two houses for me since I've lived in the upstate. The owners are kind, easy to work with, and know how to get the job done. They're the only pest service I've had that really get the job done. I would highly recommend giving these guys a shot!
