I've been going to Roots this past month and seeing Dr. Ryan for my appointments. I initially went in with concerns about recurring headaches, as well as neck and back pain. After just a few sessions, he provided me with valuable nutrition advice and made adjustments that have helped me tremendously. Dr. Ryan is incredibly kind, thorough, and compassionate. He takes the time to explain everything he does, why he's doing it, and how it will benefit me. I highly recommend Dr. Ryan for your next appointment!
