They are great listeners who explain things well, put patients at ease, and answer all questions without rushing. The lab techs are the best, getting things done fast and pain-free. The practice focuses on wellness and personalized care, with knowledgeable and professional staff who are highly recommended.

I needed refills on meds. but wanted to check in with Lai Chiam,FNP since I had not been in the office for a long time. I am always nervous at the doctors' office but Lai Chiam put me at ease immediately. She was professional but kind, very easy to talk to and she made sure she answered all my questions, (sometimes medical professionals rush you through your appointment, but this was not the case with my office visit). I would recommend Lai Chiam to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, compassionate FNP to handle your medical concerns.
