About Modern Nails
Modern Nails is a salon where customers have had varying experiences. Some have had excellent service from specific technicians, such as Tina and Maya, who provided high-quality work. Others have had issues with appointments, technicians, and the quality of service. One customer had a disappointing experience with a technician who did not provide a good massage, got the nail color wrong, and was unhelpful with fixing issues. However, other customers have had positive experiences, praising the friendly, patient, and professional technicians, such as Teri, who provided quality work. Despite some inconsistencies, Modern Nails has shown that it can provide excellent service, and some customers are willing to give it another try.
I absolutely love my nails the front lady was very attentive and she made the nails as I always wanted small nails elegant , and I really liked how fast and accurate she was . My experience was very good I am very happy with my nails .
I started going there a few months ago, and haven’t really had any issues, but I got a fill-in on my gels and the very next day they started Chipping. I called and they offered to fix them if I could come back in which I did, and they fixed the chips, but not even two days later almost every nail started to chip. I haven’t done anything outside of my normal routine to cause it, so I’m not sure if it was the polish or how the job was done, but very disappointing considering I spent $65 on them.
I’m originally from Detroit, Michigan. I moved to Greer, South Carolina almost 11 years ago this September. I’ve been going to Modern Nails ever since. I will not go anywhere else. They’ve always been super attentive to my wants and needs. I’ve built a great rep-ore with the amazing staff. I have zero complaints, nothing but 100% satisfaction. Thank you all, for the great work on my nails and my feet. ❤️
