About Modern Nails
Modern Nails is a salon where customers have had varying experiences. Some have had excellent service from specific technicians, such as Tina and Maya, who provided high-quality work. Others have had issues with appointments, technicians, and the quality of service. One customer had a disappointing experience with a technician who did not provide a good massage, got the nail color wrong, and was unhelpful with fixing issues. However, other customers have had positive experiences, praising the friendly, patient, and professional technicians, such as Teri, who provided quality work. Despite some inconsistencies, Modern Nails has shown that it can provide excellent service, and some customers are willing to give it another try.
I’m originally from Detroit, Michigan. I moved to Greer, South Carolina almost 11 years ago this September. I’ve been going to Modern Nails ever since. I will not go anywhere else. They’ve always been super attentive to my wants and needs. I’ve built a great rep-ore with the amazing staff. I have zero complaints, nothing but 100% satisfaction. Thank you all, for the great work on my nails and my feet. ❤️
I don't know the girl's name but she did not do a great job. I called and got an appt with Tina and the man told me to come at 10:45. I did and she wasn't there and he acted like that's as normal and told me to come back. Turns out Tina's daughter had gotten sick. No worries- that happens. Mom life.But I couldn't come back later and the girl they gave me made me soak my nails to get the dip off (kept telling me to "scrub harder" to get it all off). I picked the Pedi that had the longest massage because my ankle had been very tense. I got a long skin rub, at best. There was zero actual massage.
