Thank you, Jackson K., Elite Taylors! I was limping & in pain due to arthritis in left hip & knee. Xray showed arth. in back and right leg too. Now, after several months of sessions, no need for pain meds, & much more mobile! Not bad for 77 y/o. Even fixed bad right knee on other leg I've had for decades. Give Jackson good feedback to his probing questions re your status each session, do exercises assigned between sessions, and he can do same for you. Based on his observations and your input, he will give you specific therapy to address those issues, and adjust them until resolved! I was so motivated I even lost 20 lbs on own, which also helped resolve issues!!!

If you are considering physical therapy, I would recommend Elite in a heartbeat. You will receive a thorough assessment of your needs and assignment to one of their therapists. You will be guided and supervised as you perform the exercises specifically tailored to aid your recovery. You will receive periodic assessments of your progress and when you have achieved all of your objectives you will GRADUATE!This has been my experience and I thank Mary Kay Hefferman, Lindsay Wilde, and Jessica Humphries for their patience in dealing with a hearing-impaired USAF veteran.! Kudos to you all!

I went to Elite at Rushmore Drive and saw Lindsay for pelvic floor physical therapy. I really enjoyed my time there & the exercises Lindsay helped me with have greatly helped my issues. Definitely would recommend Lindsay!!
