As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about what I was getting myself into, especially since I was purchasing a foreclosure. Bo was everything I could ask for. Customer service was excellent. He called immediately after I requested a quote. He was so so kind and came out to the house in Spartanburg within 24 hours of the phone call. When I met him at the house, he was patient with me as I followed him around the house asking a million questions. He explained everything I had questions about and was honest about the potential problems I could have with this particular property.
