These Ace hardware people - the customer service and the actual service man - were absolutely wonderful - not only were they able to fix our problem in like an hour but they were so communicative throughout the whole thing. If we had questions - they answered them - even after calling them like a million times back and forth playing telephone tag. Even for like a little thing they were so helpful. We are now an Ace family - my parents now know to go to Ace - and I will be telling anyone who can listen that Ace is where they need to go.

From the first call with Megan to set up my visit, and then having Levi and Dylan out to do the things we wanted done, was great. Simple, easy, hassle free. These guys were very professional , helpful and did a great job. Everything was done the way we wanted it and they were very efficient. We would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. Thanks you guys for the great customer service and overall experience.We will definitely have you back out when we need some things done.

Great staff with great customer service! Appreciate them making my deck safe again. The scope of work turned into a larger project than anticipated however the company helped me as much as they could and stood on their word and work literally. Will definitely use again and refer others. Thanks to all involved on this project.
