Surfside Family Dentistry is amazing. We are visiting the area and had a dental concern/emergency with my 7 year old son. I called their office at 8:05 and was given an appointment within the hour. When we arrived, the lobby was very welcoming and clean. Every staff member we met from the front desk staff, dental assistant and Dr.Cox was so nice and friendly, they were very reassuring and calmed all of my concerns. I’m so thankful for this office and their staff. If you’re looking for a dentist office that will listen and do a great job, you’ve found the one. Thank you all.
As a result of childhood trauma at the dentist, I am always very anxious when arriving for dental work. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had this week. Jackie assured me that Dr Cox was very gentle, she was 100% correct! I have never had the experience where I truly did not feel any pain or discomfort even when Dr Cox was administering the Novocain. If you have dental anxiety do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Dr Cox, you will not be disappointed and have healthy teeth as well.
