He was responsive, punctual, and very thorough. The equipment he used was a lot less intrusive and quieter than previous companies. My carpet and upholstered furniture looked new and my entire home smelled clean and fresh. So impressed.

Mark cleaned the carpets in my ocean front home in Surfside Beach. My concern was odor from our senior pets. Mark not only made them look and smell new he is a really nice guy to talk to and a pet lover himself. Very genuine guy to communicate with.
