WOW! Absolutely the finest of the finest in care, attention, fairness and craftsmanship. Great communication. Even went above and beyond adding a 3rd coat to some areas and adding additional painted areas because 'it did not look right not painted'. I can't recommend this company enough. Great work!

I had water damage in my living room from a roof leak. I had the roof leak repaired and that contractor recommended Rich from Island Preferred. Rich and two others (Mike and Raoul) showed up yesterday and finished removing and replacing some sheetrock and repainted the entire living room and ceiling. They did an incredible job. Very efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.

This company did a wonderful job. They showed up on time and did a very very professional job. They put on two coats, stuck to the job, no fooling around, cleaned up after themselves and thanked us for using them. We have used them before and will continue our relationship with them
