Murat and James installed a new heat pump today. They were on time, polite and friendly, knew their business well and gave us a professional job. Kudos to both guys for a job well done.

8 days that the heat is not working. fixed it yesterday and did not work last night. 2 techs are here. one of the techs has advised that a part was never installed in September 2024 Heat kit. they are trying to get the part. managers are not calling back. Shame on you Carolina Cool Update we were advised that manager not going to call until the issue is fixed totally unprofessional!! it appears that there were at least 4x that the missing piece was not noticed by techs. again SHAME on Carolina Cool

Very impressed each time we deal with this company! They are honest and knowledgeable. They diagnose the issue quickly and have always taken care of us in a professional manner. The employees are friendly and helpful! Will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!
