I recently had Wilsons Carpets Plus, of Summerville, replace the carpet in my master bedroom and closet. Louis was extremely helpful in helping to pick out a quality carpet that would handle the wear and tear of daily use. Jeremy and his assistant delivered and installed the new carpet including moving furniture and removing the old carpet. All of this was done with extreme care and the entire area was thoroughly cleaned when the job was completed. There was one very small issue of a slightly visible seam which Tom took care of quickly and efficiently. Overall, I am very pleased with the new carpet and will not hesitate to call Wilsons Carpet Plus for additional flooring needs and have already recommended them to others who inquired about the work we had done.
Our flooring looked beautiful! We were very pleased with the professionally laid design and care taken to make it right. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because of the waiting time to get the job done, but sometimes there are circumstances that can’t be helped.
