Tom did a great job repairing our oven. It was less than a week when he returned with the parts, and recalibrated the temperature gauge. And He returned when my personal thermometer registered differently. Mine was wrong and they didn't even charge me for the return visit. A great family business, please support.

I can't say enough good things about Valued Appliance Services. I was having an issue with my Subzero refrigerator. I called and spoke with nicest lady named Bonnie. Her son owns the business. It's a family owned business. After dealing with large unprofessional companies around Charleston that overcharged me and never fixed my problem, I was happy to finally find a company of professionals that actually knew what they were doing and cared about customer service. Recently contacted this company to come out and repair my LG fridge that had stopped cooling. They came out the next day to diagnose and were very informative of what the issue was. The repair was done within a few days, and now it’s working like brand new. This company was easy to work with, and communicated with me every step of the way. I will contact this company for all of my appliance repairs in the future. Definitely recommend!
