I have been to Ulta several times and have never ever ever had someone who works there REALLY help me or REALLY know what they are talking about .. UNTIL A FEW DAYS AGO … LORI !!!!!! I spent the most I have ever spent because she actually took time to help me and she CARES ! I hope this store knows and shows appreciation that they REALLY have a GEM !!!!

I had the best experience with Lori at Ulta in Summerville, SC! She was so attentive, patient, and most of all, incredibly knowledgeable about MAC products. She took the time to perfectly color match me and even did my entire face — she’s truly an artist! 🎨 On top of that, she’s an awesome saleswoman… I ended up buying it all! Highly recommend asking for Lori if you want expert advice and a flawless look.

I am a senior woman who really needed a makeup change for my age and skin type. I asked Lori to help me and she was wonderful. She took her time and asked for my input for the products she used. The make up routine we ended up with was not time consuming and I loved the end result. I will definitely go there again and specifically ask for Lori.
