As usual, Ritchie came out at the predetermined time and treated our property with his usual courtesy and happy demeanor. I asked him if he wouldn't mind treating our sheds and he said he'd be happy to; he even locked them back up for us when he was done. He told us that if we have any problems with pests he'd come back at no charge.
