Dr. Julie and my hygienist Dalylah (so sorry if I spelled that wrong) were incredible today. Very thorough, asking and documenting my responses to particular questions on their questionarre I completed prior to my visit. I felt the exam was more thorough than I have ever had as an adult at the dentist, with the X-rays/intraoral photos/periocharting/cancer screening - etc. I felt comfortable and taken care of in my own individual way. I went in wanting veneers on some teeth that I am insecure about. Dr Julie explained and showed me very well why I need Invisalign before I can fix those teeth I’m insecure about. She brought up issues I’ve been having dentally for a while that I have put off for years. And she was absolutely correct. So I decided to trust her 100% and begin her choice of treatment today. In phases. I’m excited to start this journey and see them in a few weeks to get my first trays of Invisalign!
I really like going to a dentist that has professional and friendly staff... They have the latest equipment and have always explained everything fully...
The facility is clean, the staff is very proficient at what they do and you are made to feel like you are a best friend or family member. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is seeking a comfortable dental experience.
