I wanted to take the time to tell Public Storage how phenomenal one of their property manager's Rachel Clayton is!! I was stressed to the max with my move, dealing with my extended family & a mother with dementia. Rachel was so understanding, and even though there were others needing assistance i watched her very skillfully handle each of us with grace, kindness and just overall excellent customer service skills. She saved my day and really my whole week by resolving my issue. I doubt she gets paid enough, but she more than deserves a raise. Please hire more people like her!! -Melissa W.
