“Update to review: Issue seemed to be a system problem if you book 24 hours before your appointment online. I was scheduled with Ashley for dermaplaning and chemical peel and she was lovely, professional, and did a fantastic job on my skin.

Original review: Just as an FYI for future new customers, if you make an appointment through their online service, they can (and did in my case) change your appointment time you booked without calling or contacting you to confirm. If you booked the evening before (like I unfortunately did), you are unable to reschedule your appointment or reach anyone on site since they made the appt change “after hours”. So you may be forced to pay the “no show fee” if you’re unable to make the time they chose for you (without contacting you first) since it is within the 24 hours.“

“I was referred to Allee by my aesthetician for micro blading for my eyebrows because I am not a good lamentation and tint candidate. So I made an appointment for a consultation and moved forward to get micro blading. The process was surprisingly was not painful at all and Allee is extremely professional. I felt safe, the environment was very clean and the room you are in for the service is very cozy. I wasn't super thrilled after my first visit because I could tell my eyebrows were uneven. In fairness, I was a few months post shingles (on my face and in my right eyebrow) and my eyebrows were completely uneven to begin with. When you schedule you have your initial appointment and then your follow up six weeks later. I just had my six week appointment and y'all my eyebrows look amazing. I went with just micro blading because it looks more natural. If you are looking for perfect symmetry you may want to do the nano shading or the combo brow, but I am obsessed.“
