Nexton by Pulte Homes provides an amazing experience and beautiful dream homes, with flexible timelines and consistent communication. Customer service reps are extremely professional, pleasant, and responsive, quickly handling any small issues to satisfaction. The community is top-notch, with great amenities and conveniently close to businesses and the interstate. Spec homes are ready for quick move-ins, and the entire process is very smooth. Overall, the experience with Nexton and Pulte builders is a positive one, with a very responsive company that helps work through issues to rectify situations.
Pulte gave us an amazing experience and a beautiful dream home! They were flexible with our timeline and kept communication the entire time. They even helped us work through a couple of issues where we were dissatisfied to rectify the situation that wasn’t even their fault.
We are very satisfied with the community and the quality of the Pulte home that we had built in Nexton Midtown. The Pulte customer service reps that we have dealt with have all been extremely professional and pleasant to correspond with. They quickly handled the few small issues we had to our satisfaction. We have found them to be a very responsive company to deal with. So far, our experience with Nexton and Pulte builders has been a positive one.
Our Pulte Home was a spec. home/quick move-in... all ready when we were. Meghan Golde & Michael Sexton were very helpful and responsive - we're very happy with the process and with our new home!
