Jason was amazing! He managed to fit me into his schedule super fast. He was very professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done, how to minimize lint build up in the future, took his time and did a thorough job. The neighbor’s house caught fire recently and the fire department said it started in the attic and suspect it was caused by a clogged clothes dryer vent. Spurred by this and the fact that the SO had been complaining that the clothes needed an extra cycle to dry, I called Lintbusters and left a message. Jason got back to me promptly and I was able to make an appointment in a few days. (Another service I called told me they were booked up for several weeks.) Jason arrived on time and in less than a couple hours had worked his magic on my dryer vent all the way from the dryer to the outside vent.
