Harold and Avery did a fantastic job and even came a day earlier than scheduled, and on a Sunday! They were professional and kind and searched for the problem and fixed it perfectly! Will definitely call them again if needed!
Our power failed at 11 pm. Harold was very responsive and was able to come first thing in the morning to evaluate the problem. It turned out to be an emergency issue with Dominion Energy. He explained the problem to them on our behalf and waited for their crew to come fix it. You don’t see customer service like this these days. We were quite impressed with him.
