Courteous staff. Got a pretty decent haircut for a decent price ($20)I wasn’t taken on time but there was a disagreement with an older couple regarding scheduling- which I don’t think was the staff’s fault- but it set them back maybe 15-20 minutes on their appointments

I brought my 2 kids in for overdue grooming. First kid went short hair, second long with an undercut. The location was clean, efficient, and I especially like the check in queue system.

For the first time in a long time I was very happy with the cut. The technician was Donna, not a young woman, but she did exactly what I asked for, the younger technicians always went too short even though I always described what I wanted.
