I did the online check in but still waited 15-20 once I got to the store. It said 101 min and I even gave extra time. Anyhow, my hair stylist listened and verified multiple times!! She was very friendly, welcoming and personable. Her name is Cilantra (apologize if spelled incorrectly). I'd totally come back and bring my family next time to her. She's the only stylist I've gone to at this location that got my cut on point.

We went in for cuts for both my husband and my 2 year old son. Norma was awesome with my son! Seriously the best haircut he's ever had. Will make sure to come back and see Norma!
