When I explained my situation, Dr. Mike went above and beyond, he stayed late to fix my tooth and even completed a full dental exam the same day. I’ll be honest…. I didn’t take great care of my teeth when I was younger, and I was really paying for it. The team at Old Trolley worked with me to prioritize what needed to be done, balancing the urgency of each issue with my budget. Over the years, Dr. Mike and Dr. Kibler have completely transformed my smile. Today, I couldn’t be happier with my teeth. I drive over an hour to see them, and I’d gladly drive twice that far if it meant staying with this team. They truly care about their patients, and it shows.“

“My wife and I have been going to this dentist for a couple years now and we travel down from Charlotte to see Dr. Silva in the Summerville location. We found her when we had a dental emergency at the beach on vacation. I started power calling all the dentists in the area and she got us in on a Saturday at 3:30. She ended up Doing some pretty magical things with composite resin. Since then, she has come up With a really good treatment plan and done the work flawlessly, and we are amazed. You know it’s good if people are driving 2 1/2 hours multile times specifically to see a dentist! She’s always exceptionally good with her work, takes extremely good care of my My Wife, Has been able to work with us knowing that we come from Charlotte so she’s doing as much as she can in one visit. We highly, highly recommend this office. she also works with insurance quite closely so a lot of this work has actually been covered for us. If I could give 10 stars, I would!“

“The staff are amazing here. Truly do care about their patients here and are not just chasing the $. Their honestly goes a long way here. They will tell you if there are any hidden charges. They avoid unnecessary procedures (my gum is receding a bit from over brushing and the dentist could have easily told me that I needed work done on it… instead, we just monitor it each time I come in for any changes). I love this office and the staff. Very clean office, too. Never a huge wait (and even if there was a wait, I wouldn’t mind since the care you receive here is top notch).“
