Coastal Creek Animal Hospital is a highly-recommended veterinary clinic. Staff members, including Dr. Mack and Dr. Mackenzie, are loving and caring towards pets, taking the time to get to know them and gain their trust. The entire staff is helpful and kind, making each visit a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Even pets with initial apprehension, such as Princess, feel comfortable with the care provided. The clinic's efficiency and attentiveness, as seen in the technician's quick and gentle handling of a patient, also earns praise.
This was our first time seeing Dr. Cook and the experience was amazing as always. Dr. Mack and Dr. Cook and just the entire staff are great! We have ended up with two unexpected cats in the past year, plus we bring our other cat and dog to Coastal Creek. I feel like we've been to so many vet offices around town over the years and I finally found a vet that we will continue to go to for years to come. I appreciate that no matter how small the concerns may be, the doctors and staff are always helpful! They are so good with our pets!
