EDIT: 6 months later I am still loving classes and still losing inches. I feel like a completely different person! This is the best decision I've made for myself in a long time!
SIGN UP NOW! I was hesitant to sign up, because I thought pilates would be hard, but this class is SO FUN! I have only been taking classes for 3 weeks and already see an improvement in my strength and flexibility!! It has helped with back pain, it has helped with chronic tight hamstrings, and I love going to class!! This combined with a healthy diet and I'm finally losing weight!! Run don't walk and sign up now!!
I’ve been going twice a week for a couple months and I love it! As a plus size girly, group workouts can be a little intimidating but the instructors are so warm and helpful. I’m already feeling stronger and more confident in class. Plus they offer a discount for healthcare, police, firefighter and military personnel that I really appreciate!
Every single class I have been to is a peaceful and welcoming environment. The members include a variety of stages of life and fitness goals. I think my FAVORITE part though is the flexibility!! 12 hour cancelation policy, along with a wide range of class availability.
