Definitely not the place to go unless you have an appointment preset with your select stylist out of the 40 stylist in the building, which also you would need a business card to even attempt to do that because the phone number when calling the salon is no one‘s direct number.no walk-in service option, and no way to verify availabilities prior to arrival. Very confusing facility as a whole.

I will definitely go back. This salon is very professional and organized. It is also the most relaxed and calming atmosphere. Very professional staff. Loved it. Everybody give it a try and go get a new style.

I chose this salon as a last-minute decision because my usual place was booked out four months; I didn't have the best experience here at all and was gravely disappointed because I had high hopes about coming here! My stylist was a young woman that seemed more interested in talking to the stylist next to us and paying attention to the other stylists and what they were doing than my hair. I would have preferred a stylist with much more experience, too. I should have waited the extra four months for my usual spot. ALSO - I always thought of salon trips as a good time to relax, but I found that very hard to do when the stylists (not all, just a few) were talking nonstop about Covid vaccinations, mask policies, and how they couldn't believe that one of their clients wanted to chop all their hair off. Made me think I'd be sh*t-talked as soon as I walked out the door. Unfortunately, the topic of conversation turned me off immediately and I was ready to leave once I realized what kind of environment I had walked into. Since I was already having a bad experience, you start to notice little things and they add to the huge pile pf discomfort; I also noticed the floors were dirty, nothing had been dusted in a while, the walls needed re-touching and were scuffed. Positive note: I loved the hair products they used! If you're a progressive member of society and choose places that are inclusive to all, fair to all, and provide a top-notch service, DO NOT go here. There are better places in Charleston to spend your hard-earned money and you'll receive better service.
