Through chiropractic care, I can help you establish a lifestyle of health and wellness. In addition to chiropractic care I also advise proper nutrition, supplementation and fitness. My first adjustment was given to me by my brother when I was in college. After years of suffering from migraines (and having every test and CT scan come back negative) I finally had an answer to my problem. It was simple, two of the vertebras in my neck were rotated out of alignment. After my first adjustment, I felt all of the tension in my neck and shoulders subside.
